Britain Is Coming Out Of Labour!

For days toward the end of April the Lord spoke several times to me concerning Great Britain. The overriding message is "Britain is coming out of Labour."

The Lord took me back to October 2000; to another important message I was commissioned to prophesy concerning Great Britain. The message was; "Britain is a nation in Labour." The Holy Spirit questioned; "where are the midwives?"

The Praying Saints

The Lord was seeking partners on the earth; apostolic and prophetic armies, in Britain, positioned as midwives to ensure safe delivery of the heart of the Holy God for a land in labour. Shiprah, and Puah, were very significant to the safe delivery of Moses; a deliverer (Exo 2:17).

A Nation In Labour

In the open vision of October 2000, I saw a field filled with pregnant men. The length and breath of the field had pregnant men with heads of babies between their legs standing. Their wearied faces looked up toward heaven as if calling for help. It was to their hearts' call that the Lord responded by summoning midwives. A few days' later national newspapers carried editorials on the lack of midwives in the NHS, and the fear women had of giving birth naturally.

A few months later I was led to Jeremiah 30:6 although referring to anguish of Israel and Judah, the verse served as a key to open an important door of understanding for me. The verse says;

"Ask now, and see, whether a man is ever in labour with child? So why do I see every man with his hands on his loins like a woman in labour,
And all faces turned pale?" (NKJV)

A woman in labour is a sign of anguish but labour is also a time when hope of giving birth makes the pains felt bearable. The pregnant men I saw in the open vision with heads of babies between their legs represented the state of events in Great Britain, both with Church and State. It is common knowledge that men are not capable of conceiving babies, nor giving birth. So, what is the Lord saying to Great Britain?

During October 2000 the message was; "Britain is a nation in labour". The land and church in Great Britain have for seven years experienced birth pangs as seen through unrighteous laws, unholy alliances, increase of control, challenges from empire spirits and tendencies (etc). Labour government was a sign of the spiritual climate. Men giving birth to babies I believe points to God bringing impossible situations to bear over Britain, in answer to prayers of the saints. Isaiah prophesied that as soon as Zion travailed she brought forth her children (Is 66:8). Travailing Christians are spiritual midwives who are now to stand in position to help Britain birth her destiny.

Seven years later, in the year 2007, the message reads different; "Britain is coming out of labour."

The Spirit of the Lord then intimated the nation is going into light. I was shown supernatural strength for the month of May 2007 to wage the good warfare with prophecies made previously concerning the saints, nations and continents even. I was also shown a fresh release of 'Watchman Anointing' coming upon the body of Christ in Britain to watch over shifts in government to be unfolded from the month of May.

After seven years, the counsel of the Lord over Britain says her time has come to come out of Labour, and to step into light. I sincerely believe a strong message and insight lies within this very simple message of prophecy. Prayer is the key to change, and change brings breakthrough.
