Mississippi's Mosie Burks records solo debut at the age of 72.

IN AMERICA a gospel singer, Mosie Burks, has begun her solo recording career at the age of 72. The album 'Mama Burks' is released on Malaco Records. Mosie has sung for many years with the award-winning Mississippi Mass Choir. Guests on the 'Mama Burks' album include one time member of the Caravans, Dorothy Norwood and members of the Mississippi Mass Choir.
