Aaron Gillespie departs from Underoath, continues with The Almost

THE DRUMMER for best selling hard music band Underoath, Aaron Gillespie, has announced he has parted ways with the band and continuing as the frontman of The Almost. Read a Gillespie statement, "Underoath and I have parted ways. There is no bad blood, there is no anger. I was in that band for 11 years and I love every person with my whole heart. I love the music we played together, the shows we've played and the good times we had. People change, times change and sometimes just comes hunting for you. I will continue to play in The Almost. I will also play acoustic as well as speak and do other musical/ministry type things."
