Thank you for featuring my pastor, Bishop David G. Evans. He is truly an inspiration to our church. We love the "God" that shines through him. Bishop is certainly an anointed man of God that believes in order and decorum. Bishop continues to, according to scripture, "Do a new thing" in Christ. Music is just one of his many talents.
When I started my faith based toy company in 2008, he was there to support me. I went to him and shared a vision that God gave me to market "Heroes of the Bible" and a one-of-a-kind, new innovative product we coined the "Men/Women of the Cloth action figure. The true likeness of a spiritual leader of today is used to create a scripture reciting action figure for young children. The action figure is equipped with a voice output device that recites a child-friendly scripture in the minister's voice. As president and chief executive officer of T.UP.A.C. (Train Up a Child) International, LLC, I feel comfortable in my belief that the toy industry will change its focus to highlight faith based toys for children. More importantly, the proceeds from our efforts will help fund youth ministries in churches around the world. It is our intention to donate a large portion of our profits where they belong - back into the church.
