Producer Ian Eskelin brings new sound out of veterans Avalon

HITMAKING CCM harmonisers Avalon have a new album, 'Reborn', released in the States by E1 Music on 15th September. Said the group's founding member Janna Long, "Reborn is a fitting title because it signifies the birth of something new and exciting, which is certainly true of the current season of Avalon." New group member Amy Richardson makes her Avalon debut on 'Reborn'. Amy is married to group member Jeremi Richardson. The album, said to feature a more rock orientated sound than previous Avalon releases, was produced by Ian Eskelin (Krystal Meyers, Stellar Kart). Said Eskelin, "This has been one of the most unique and fun recording projects I have ever been involved in. These guys are fearless and their vocals are killer. They are some of the hardest working, ready for anything, talented musicians I have worked with."
