Bristish gospel company Awake Records cease business

AWAKE RECORDS, the British gospel company founded by Lucas Langdon, has gone bankrupt with debts of £20,000. The company, which began in 1994 by importing albums from such labels as Salt Music Inc and Grapetree, then began to specialise in distributing British gospel artists such as Tendai, the Wood Green Gospel Choir and Simeon Pennant. CR
