Kenny Rogers returns to acting with role in Christmas In Canaan.

COUNTRY and pop star Kenny Rogers has made a return to acting with the film Christmas In Canaan which was premiered on America's Hallmark Channel on the 12th December. Set during the time of the Civil Rights Era, the movie also stars country star Billy Ray Cyrus. Rogers previously starred in the 1980 TV movie The Gambler.
