Acoustic rock band Fort Pastor get big push in the US

NEW AMERICAN band Fort Pastor, whose style is described as "a unique combination of folk rock, acoustic rock and modern Americana reminiscent of groups like John Butler Trio and Dave Matthews Band," have had their debut album released in the US on Kosmos/KOCH Records. Fort Pastor formed in October 2005 after meeting at Britain's Greenbelt Festival. After independent releases, the group signed with Kosmos Records earlier this year and have toured extensively throughout the summer. Their album 'Beautiful Imperfection' is self-produced and the first single from the project, "March Out", is currently getting US airplay. CR
