Roots man Jonathan Day working on new album with producer Joe Broughton

MIDLANDS-based roots singer/songwriter Jonathan Day is working on a new album, 'A Blood Red Lullaby: Songs Of Love And Death'. It is being produced and engineered by Joe Broughton, formerly of the Albion band. Amongst the other musicians on the project will be Kevin Dempsey (Percy Sledge, Alice Coltrane) and rising kajon star Tom Chapman who guested recently with the Violent Femmes. CR
