Rev Gary Davis featured on new box set

IN A FOLLOW UP to their critically acclaimed compilation 'Blind Willie Johnson And The Guitar Evangelists' specialist label JSP Records have released a new box set 'Rev Gary Davis And The Guitar Evangelists: Vol 2'. Like its predecessor, the album brings together many pre-war recordings made by the legendary blues/gospel giant. As well as Rev Gary Davis tracks, the CDs also showcase recordings by such artists as Blind Joe Taggart, Mother McCollum, Two Gospel Keys and Sister OM Terrell.
