Gospel star Kurt Carr readies new album

GOSPEL hitmaker Kurt Carr has his latest album 'Bless This House' released by Verity Records on 22nd January 2013. The first single from the project, "I've Seen Him Do It", was the number two song on iTunes Christian & Gospel chart. 'Bless This House' is a double CD that Carr says "is a continuum of who I am. I believe I've come into what my niche and what my purpose is and that is to make music that edifies the body and blesses the Church of Jesus Christ." On 19th January Kurt will receive the James Cleveland Lifetime Achievement Award at the 28th Annual Stellar Awards. Carr got his first break in gospel music when Cleveland hired him as a keyboard player.
