Scottish songsmith Clive Parnell records worship project

SINGER/songwriter Clive Parnell, best known for his work with the band IndigoEcho and his more recent project under the name The Mystery Tent, has released a solo worship CD, 'You Are With Me'. After undergoing a period of illness in 2008, Parnell's perspective on writing worship songs changed completely. He said, "I found myself clinging onto God and praying more that I have every done so before - there were really hard days, not being able to do much physically. I began to play my guitar each day and eth songs began to flow." The seven-song 'You Are With Me' was produced by Graeme Duffin (Wet Wet Wet) and Sandy Jones. A thousand CDs are to be given away to student leaders in Christian Unions in September.
