Joanne Hogg influenced by trip to refugee camps in Greece for new project

HAVING recently returned from her second trip to the refugee camps in Greece, Celtic singer Joanne Hogg is working on a new recording. She reported, "I'm continuing work on 'The MAP Project', aiming for a six-track EP release to be ready before the summer. I am also working with cinematographer Jim Crone to create a video for the song 'When Kindness Comes'. This will incorporate some real footage from the Syrian war and the resulting refugee plight. Hopefully, we'll have that ready in the next couple of weeks. Finally, in the pipeline is a re-release of a special edition of 'Unaccountable Stars' on vinyl. It will include some new songs, one of which will be 'When Kindness Comes'." CR
