Whitby Gospel Music Convention to be held on 5th to 7th May

A COUNTRY gospel music convention takes place in Britain on 5th to 7th May. The Whitby Gospel Music Convention, taking place at Whitby Pavilion will feature America's "international ambassador of country music" George Hamilton IV; Northern Ireland's Crimson River and the Zionaires; legendary US southern gospel team the Hemphills; and Paul Wheater known as "Yorkshire's Jim Reeves". Wheater, whose latest CD is 'How Great Thou Art', is the driving force behind the convention.
