Alabama's Nine Lashes getting push by Tooth & Nail

A BAND from Birmingham, Alabama, Nine Lashes, whose name was derived from the whip used to beat Jesus, a cat of nine tails, are currently having a single, "Anthem Of The Lonely", distributed to US Christian radio. The band's full-length label debut on Tooth & Nail Records is being co-produced by Aaron Sprinkle and Trevor McNevan and will be released in early 2012. Said Nine Lashes' vocalist Jeremy Dunn, "It is so crazy to know that we are signed to Tooth & Nail Records. Since I was a teenager, I've dreamed of playing music for a living. It is surreal to look back and see us come from nothing to this - God is truly impressive." CR
