Sax and flute man Dave Fitzgerald leaves Iona group.

MULTI-instrumentalist Dave Fitzgerald has left Celtic folk group lona in order to concentrate on a university degree course in music, lona's saxophonist / flautist has been replaced by ex-Martyn Joseph band man Mike Haughton.

Mike has played with lona previously at Greenbelt '91 when Dave Fitzgerald was touring what was the Soviet Union with Adrian Snell. lona's new album 'Beyond These Shores' is due out late spring.
