Hard rock and hip-hop fusion for Surrey's Emphasize

A SURREY-based band, Emphasize, have released their debut project, '11 Track Album'. The band have fused "the intensity and power of hard rock with the phatness and funk of hip-hop for an emphatic sound that audiences are starting to wake up to." After performing only three gigs beforehand, in July 2007 Emphasize reached the UK final of the Emergenza unsigned band competition at London Astoria. CR
