Ryan Stevenson lands historic hit for Gotee Records

ONE OF Christian music's most successful independent labels, Nashville-based Gotee Records, is celebrating their first number one on Billboard's National Christian Audience (NCA) and Mediabase Christian Audience charts with Ryan Stevenson's "Eye Of The Storm" (featuring Gabe Real). The breakthrough, multi-format single from the Grammy-nominated singer/songwriter is making history for the label as it has topped six charts, including iTunes' Christian & Gospel Songs. The song has also reached a combined 5.5 million streams from Pandora, Spotify and YouTube. Said Gotee's president and co-founder Joey Elwood, "Over the years Gotee has had so many great songs I'm proud we've been a part of - songs that have been successful at radio; songs that have been certified Gold by the RIAA; and songs we feel will have an impact for years to come.
