Band The Memphis Goons attract following with 'Teenage BBQ'

GARAGE BAND The Memphis Goons, whose 'Teenage BBQ' compilation has attracted a cult following, are planning a collection of vintage Goons' Christian songs. The band's Xavier Tarpit told Mojo magazine, "In these times of angst and fear, we just want to provide a product that will give spiritual nurturing. We were recording Christian rock long before Jars Of Clay and Creed and what not, and I just want the world to be aware of that fact". CR
