Kirk Franklin, Mary Mary, Donnie McClurkin for Minehead event

THE BIGGEST gospel celebration ever mounted in the UK is set to take place at Butlin's holiday site in Minehead from 16th to 18th November. Some of the biggest names in gospel music will minister at Gospel Gathering, including American stars Kirk Franklin, Mary Mary and Donnie McClurkin. British acts set to play at the event are Raymond & Co, Roger Samuels and Muyiwa & Riversongz. There will also be music workshops, a talent show with the winner getting a chance to warm up for Kirk Franklin and a vast range of African and Caribbean food.

Join us at Indig02 at 02 Arena, London
(VENUE CHANGE)

Due to logistical reasons Gospel Gathering has now changed venues, moving from Butlins in Minehead to Indig02 at the 02 arena in London.

On Friday 16th November Donnie McClurkin will top the bill, supported by Roger Samuels, Mark Beswick & Power Praise. On Saturday 17th November, Mary Mary and Kirk Franklin will headline supported by Muyiwa & Riversongz, Raymond & Co. and Four Kornerz.

Outside of the live music, there will be a talent contest for upcoming young UK Gospel acts held during the day on Friday and Saturday. Also on Saturday day The Oasis Awards. (gospelgathering.uk@sonybmg.com)

My comment is that not much information has been given , for people who have already paid a deposit for this event , and also there is no contact number and details of which hotels will be used, as i dont think there is any hotel facility at 02, unless otherwise. God bless

there are some great deals at the Travel Lodge Britannia International Hotel, Sunborn Yacht Hotel and Holiday Inn Express from £60 PER NIGHT

Don't feel much information is really been given about the event either. Especially for those who have paid a deposit. As mentioned no follow up has been made to anyone regarding the event , contact details, accomaodation help etc...any chance of someone giving some help here...lol.

I think this is awesome and it is very well needed. I am also wanting to invite people to the next greatest event in Italy. This is Kingdom Powerful hosted by the awesome woman of God; Pastor Makaela Cade. The event will take place in November also and time and place is November 8-10th in Padova Italy (Abano). Come and enjoy more gospel and speakers from all over. God is on the move for winning souls and we are the servants to spread the word.

I had already paid for my trip via Butlins' website and I was given a full refund with a letter and the e0-mail adress so that I could rebook with Indigo02. So I think that it depends on you had booked with.

That's great, but we do not want this event to end on the 18th November. It must be carried out in our everyday life. It's alright to jump and rave, at these events, but when the emotions subside, we do not want to be the same. there must be something more, that we can take away from these explosive events.
