Karaoke and vocal performance game 'Heavenly Harmony' launched

AMERICA's EMI Christian Music Group and Cloud 9 Games have jointly launched a karaoke and vocal performance game. 'Heavenly Harmony' features a mixture of hymns, praise and worship plus contemporary Christian songs including "Amazing Grace", "Every Time I Fall", "Friend Of God", "I Can Only Imagine", "On My Knees", "Open The Eyes of My Heart", "Praise The Lord", "Shout To The Lord" and "The Old Rugged Cross".

'Heavenly Harmony' (for Windows) uses a hand-held microphone (included) and players can sing to their favourite tunes as the games' pitch-recognition technology displays accuracy in real-time, helping players stay on pitch and on time. Players unlock clothing options for their characters and move on to bigger and better performance venues as singing skills improve. 'Heavenly Harmony' includes mini-games/activities to help aspiring singers improve vocals as well as 25 Christian songs to perform. The game's expandable options allow users to add their own personal styles of music, including the Christian Rock expansion which will have its world-wide release simultaneously with 'Heavenly Harmony'. Rock songs from popular Christian artists such as Kutless, Jeremy Camp, Steven Curtis Chapman, Audio Adrenaline, Sanctus Real, This Beautiful Republic and Falling Up are featured on the expansion pack. In the autumn 'Heavenly Harmony Gold' will be released.
