Andy Vance Trio releases 'All Things Bright And Beautiful' CD
ONE OF Australia's leading jazz pianists, Andy Vance, leads his Trio
in an album of renditions of evergreen hymns in a January release.
'All Things Bright And Beautiful' by the Andy Vance Trio is released by
Integrity-Provident in January and features jazz renditions of such
songs as "Blessed Assurance" and "There Is A Green Hill Far Away".

This is a very cool release, the hymn and traditional Christian melodies alternately are masked and them emerge at the hands of this three-piece jazz ensemble -- subtle, stylish, it's a wonder noone has thought of doing this before.
