Teenager Spensha Baker launched by Geffen in August

15 YEAR OLD gospel singer Spensha Baker has her debut CD released on Geffen Records in August. The first single from the album 'Outloud!' is a cover of the Clark Sisters' song "Hallelujah" and was produced by hitmaker Warryn Campbell (Kanye West, Mary Mary). As well as Campbell, other producers involved in the project are Shep Crawford (Whitney Houston), Eric Dawkins (Fantasia), Tim Miner (Steve Perry) and Jazz Nixon (Kierra 'Kiki' Sheard). Spensha first came to the attention of Geffen/Interscope Records chairman Ron Fair when she appeared on TV talent search Star Search and was signed to Geffen at 12 years of age. CR
