I would like to start of by saying that I was one of the people who critisiced Luke's album 'Run'.

It was not necessary.I am sorry.I was arrogent and not mature at all. I guess i did it for a laugh. I really am sorry, please forgive me.

I am stunned that there are still Christians who have the guts to bring down somebody who is one of our own. It's very important that he pleases God with his album. He himself knows the best whether he gave it all. Crowds are nice and we all know that Hillsongs and other respected gospel artist draw big crowds. But let me encourage Luke if only one soul is touched by your album and gives his or her life to Jesus. Guess what Heaven rejoices. Isn't that awsome. And for those who think it's rubbish I want to encourage to look inside and to your own life and find out what you have established for the Kingdom of God and bring it to the open and we'll see if you can cope when poeple say you're stuff is rubbish.

This person has clearly written all of this thread to advertise himself... so funny... as if anyone would ask the following

"Is John Finlayson famous i like the sound of him?
would he send me his picture or let me know where I can buy his poster in norway can anyone tell me his website address please."

and then have a reply saying this...

"He's my hero. If you ever find that poster be sure to let me know where I can find one too."

This is one of those tricks that people do to create cheap publicity... wonderful.

I heard he's the bloke from the Freedom Finance adverts on daytime TV. You know, the guy who was inundated with bills and final demands, who couldn't enjoy life because of bad credit, but who made the best decision of his life when he called Freedom Finance. He couldn't believe how low the monthly payments were, and now he's finally free, all for £256.04 for the next 62 years. He's even been able to buy that Vauxhall Nova he's had his eye on, and a gold paddling pool for the grandkids.

He's my hero. If you ever find that poster be sure to let me know where I can find one too.

John Finlayson is indeed famous. Well known for his backing singing and rhythm. He has a slight nasal quality to his singing, and has no need of a microphone as no matter where you are his voice can always be distinctly heard. Rumour has it that Luke is wanting to use him in the future as part of his band... watch this space! Unfortunately his email cannot be disclosed as he is already inundated with fan mail.

I've only got one thing to say... and thats that I love Luke like a brother, easy! Love you too though Pete, O and hey Pagey good to see you keepin it real blood, love your song on myspace. Also John Finlayson is more of a man than my sister will ever be... also i agree with everyone on here all at once even though that would meen i contradict myself quite a bit. O apart from the fact that John has a rubbish taste in music, i saw him eating a rather tasty looking cd of Jason Upton the other day and that guy makes some sweet tasting music. I realise i've not stuck to my one thing so i'll finish this off with the word the word generator is giving me under this post and that is... PIKE! Also i love all you christians out there and if not in this life i'll see you in eternity. Bless!

So if it's not Hillsong esq then why are they using Christian Elliott. an amazing musician and really nice guy... He's "proper" hillsong. Mr Elliott is one of the only tastful and annointed drummers i've ever heard... Can't wait to hear Glory revolution.... Rock on!

Ok, So i'm married to the guy! So I guess I have the expert opinion as I listen to him thrashing out these new song ideas from the pool house of our luxury spanish villa that the first album paid for (...NOT!!) Yeah he's annointed but this debate on the whole luke finch versus Hillsongs is ridiculous! Of course Hillsongs win....I'd listen to Darlene over Luke anyday!!.... C'mon!!!!
(nobody tell him that, the second album might buy me the villa!).
