Wisconsin's Danen Kane set to release new album

SINGER/SONGWRITER Danen Kane, who down the years has built up a large local following in the Wisconsin area and has opened for such acts as BarlowGirl, Leeland and Shawn McDonald, will have a new album, 'Love Is Waiting', released in the US on Centricity on 21st June. Said Kane, "I tried to write congregational worship stuff and it just didn't come off authentic enough but when I started writing about everyday life and relationships that I had gone through and how that affected me, that's when my writing came alive. I wrote things that made sense to me - things from a Christian perspective and what I've learned."
