Singer/songwriter Michael Card to play London Paladium

A PRESTIGIOUS Christmas gospel celebration has been announced for the famed London Paladium with top of the bill Michael Card. Michael, one of America's most successful CCM performers, will be backed by the New English Orchestra. The evening, called The Sign Of The Son, is the latest in what has become an annual Christian Christmas celebration in the capital, previous ones being Follow The Star, with Glad, Roy Castle and Helen Shapiro and Back To The Light, with Adrian Snell, Kriss Akabusi and Chris Eaton. Said Adrian Hilton of AD Productions, the organisers of The Sign Of The Son, "Michael is making his debut in the capital, so what better venue could there be? The gospel will of course be central but this sort of event is superbly entertaining without the tagged-on sermon!"
