Georgia's Wilkes releases first two EPs

THE FIRST of two EPs by singer/songwriter Wilkes has been released. Speaking about the first project 'No Filter', the Cedartown, Georgia-based songsmith wrote, "It is called 'No Filter' because of the way it was recorded. Every instrument is acoustic in nature, nothing was comped or 'locked in' in editing and no vocal tuning was used. The songs are presented on this EP in their purest form. What you hear is what was played." CR
