Tooth & Nail band Capital Lights release 'This Is An Outrage'

IN JULY EMI CMG will be releasing the album 'This Is An Outrage' from Tulsa, Oklahoma-based alternative rock band Capital Lights. The band started in 2002 and were previously known as afterEIGHT.
