Newworldson sign with new label Platinum Pop Music

CCM VETERAN executive Dale Bray, former president of Inpop Records, has announced the formation of Platinum Pop Music. The Nashville-based label will release its debut project with award-winning Canadian pop soul band Newworldson in April 2012. Said Bray, "I believe there are still great opportunities to support the talent and commitment of Christian musicians around the world. Although Platinum Pop Music won't be a traditional label in many ways, we also don't feel it necessary to reinvent the wheel. We will stay focused on radio artists with unique talent and pure goals, while meeting the consumer via whatever platform the market dictates." CR
