Donnie McClurkin, Deitrick Haddon, Hezekiah Walker on new various artists project

IN THE STATES Verity Records have released 'Tavis Smiley Presents The Covenant', a multi-artist project which couples tracks from well known gospel artists with spoken intros from TV personality Tavis Smiley. Music is provided by such acts as Donnie McClurkin, Deitrick Haddon, Hezekiah Walker and the Canton Spirituals while Smiley's narrations exhort black Americans to live fuller, more productive lives and make the world a better place.
