Washington Phillips, Louvin Brothers, Robert Wilkins on 'Mother' compilation

SPECIALIST label Dust To Digital have released a two CD/book package, 'Never A Pal Like Mother: Vintage Songs And Photographs Of The One Who's Always True'. The compilation features 40 songs recorded between 1927 and 1956 and various styles including blues, old timey, Hawaiian, calypso and gospel. Christian acts include Washington Phillips, Golden Eagle Gospel Singers, Louvin Brothers and Robert Wilkins.
