Veni Domine finally release 'IIII: The Album Of Labour' after a seven year delay.

PIONEERING Swedish heavy metal band Veni Domine spoke recently about the frustration of taking seven years to release an album. Lead singer Frederick Sjoholm told HM magazine how conflicts with their label Thunderload Records led to their fourth album, 'IIII: The Album Of Labour', taking about seven years to release: "When you live so many years with almost only bad news and there's absolutely no light in the far end of the tunnel, your life changes. In a way it's healthy because you really have to ask if this is worth it and what reason do I have for doing it. If I did not have God as my firm foundation I would have fallen and yet it was close. It makes a man humble. It's strange. I mean, it's only a CD, you know, but still everything in life seems a bit lighter nowadays." 'IIII: The Album Of Labour' was released in August on Rivel Records. CR
