Thrash metal pioneers Seventh Angel come back together

A PIONEERING British heavy metal band Seventh Angel have reformed. The line up of the band is a mixture of the early and final line ups of the group before their split in 1992. Mainstay vocalist and guitarist Ian Arkley heads up the band with other members being Tank (drums), Simon Bibby (guitar) and Mark Broomhead (bass). Bibby and Broomhead have been prominent in recent years with the group Fire Fly. Before their split Seventh Angel produced such highly acclaimed albums as 'The Torment' (1990) and 'Lament Of The Weary' (1991). The group are now working on a new as yet unnamed studio album and are set to hit the festival circuit later this year. CR
