Fred Hammond, Vickie Winans, Marvin Sapp on Time Life compilations

A GOSPEL compilation by Time Life is enjoying major sales in the US and reflecting how traditional black gospel music is making a big comeback. A double disc version of 'Shoutin' Down The Ailes' featuring such acts as Vickie Winans, Keith "Wonderboy" Johnson, Fred Hammond, Marvin Sapp, Candi Staton & Dottie Peoples, the Chicago Mass Choir and Bryan Wilson was a hit through TV advertising and now a single version of the album has entered Billboard's Top Gospel Albums chart at number eight.
