One-time singer with The Benjamin Gate Adie releases solo project

THE FORMER lead singer of The Benjamin Gate, Adie, who last year married popular artist Jeremy Camp, returns to the music spotlight with the release of her solo album 'Don't Wait' for BEC Recordings. Said Adie, "After The Benjamin Gate broke up, I was so ready to move on, get married and just enjoy life with my husband. So Jeremy and I never spoke about me making music. The probably a year ago, it popped into my mind that 'Wow, I'd like to do a solo album,' but I thought 'I'm not going to say anything.'" Unaware of his wife's thoughts, Jeremy himself was also quietly considering the possibility of an Adie solo record and told a surprised Adie soon afterward.
