Everything In Slow Motion release single, ready album

NORTH DAKOTA's heavy metallers Everything In Slow Motion have released the track "Most Days" from the band's debut album' Phoenix', due to be released by Facedown Records on 10th December. Wrote the band, "'Most Days' is about addiction. Specifically, it's about being fully aware of your problem but not being able to let it go. Being ashamed, but still living within the walls of the addiction." CR
