Tonex shocks some with extravagant stage wear.

GOSPEL star Tonex shocked some members of the audience during his performance of 'Alive 2' at the 36th Annual GMA Music Awards, the show being televised in July. Tonex's stage wear included a long fur coat, a light brown razor-cut wig and a three tier diamond choker. Asked about his pimp-like image, Tonex responded, "What you wear on the outside does not dictate who you are on the inside. Do not judge a book by its cover. God looks at the heart and man only looks at the outside."

Those transfixed on what a person wears are exactly the type of person Tonex was after. Wake up. Life is more than clothing and outside appearance. You sound like communists.

Define judging as this is mostly misunderstood will not get into that. Every tree is known by it's fruit. Babylon has fallen come out of it my people!!!!!!!!

Yall need to quit judging people on their outside...the Bible does say come as you are....TYLER PERRY WEARS WIGS AND DRESSES FOR A LIVING AND YALL DONT SAY NOTHING...YALL GOING OUT BUYING HIS DVDS

To be honest Tonex does scare me sometimes by his crazy hairstyles and dresses , but his last ALBUM -OUT THE BOX ( I bought the DVD as well ) clarified a lot of issues I had with him ,Tonex has a good heart and he loves the lord more than most church goers.Bless u tonex ,we appreciate u.

Maybe, but the way you dress is naturally the way u will be addressed. U may see it right, but no one else will, and yr career does not validate the will for freestyle dressing. God bless yu
