This is an album of popular worship songs from such songwriters such as Matt Redman, Stephen Curtis Chapman, Mark Hall (Casting Crowns), Darryl Evans, Chris Tomlin and many more. However, an examination of the small print on the back sleeve will reveal that these aren't the original recordings but emanate from worship cover version sessions featuring singers like Brent Miller, Ingrid DuMosch, Andy Green, Hazel Wilkinson and others. On the sleeve they are given the notional name the Oasis Worship Band. The downside is that few of these recordings are as good as the originals. The attraction is that you get 25 songs for your money and that the arrangements are often slightly different to the originals which helps maintain interest and gives the songs a fresh lease of life. This volume includes songs such as "Trading My Sorrows", "Speechless", "Let My Words Be Few" and "Amazing Love (You Are My King)".
