When Cross Rhythms first received this it was a four-song work-in-progress EP. It was eventually expanded to an 11-song album and is currently being distributed by Zoe Records. If you attend the Christian festivals you'll probably already know that All Bout Christ (ABC) are a 12-member London-based R&B gospel ensemble pulled together by writer and producer Warren King. If truth be told, despite ABC having some fine lead vocalists, including Ladonna Harley-Peters, Ezra T Russell and Sharlene Hector (the latter renowned for that Coca Cola TV commercial of awhile back), the songs here aren't very strong. "Surrounded" starts with a spoken prayer then moves into a mid tempo female-led worship song let down by a meandering melody while "Holy Lord" is slower but again the melody isn't strong enough. The best cut here is "None Like You" with a slinkily soulful male taking over the lead mic on a lugubrious ballad.
