A-man is a rapper with attitude. His Bible-based lyrics are delivered with enthusiasm and vigour. The disappointing side to this album is the monotonous two-tone riffs. The melodies are basic, empty and dry. Tracks three and four are almost identical in their musical content. The recording of A-man's vocals are slightly distorted and the two tone riffs give this recording a home made feel. I would also question whether the title of the album should actually be Praise 'im, if it's referring to God. A-man has got something going for him with his above average rapping performance. But as a CD this is a non-starter.
