An energetic, enthusiastic, effervescent outpouring of praise from the blonde gospel diva who has quite a following Stateside. This album hardly deviates from full speed - a gospel choir exalting God for all he has done, a punchy horn section, a driving rhythm ensemble and Ami and backing vocalists calling out praise and encouraging listeners to join her in words of gratitude and adulation. An excellent band support the singers, particularly some superb bass guitar from one Nicholus McNack. However, by the third track the triumphalism just gets a little wearing and despite numerous composers showcased, only occasionally are the songs very memorable.
