This has got to be one of Amy's top albums; from start to finish, every song projects/reflects a memory. I have the vinyl and the cd vers.; the cd version contains 2 extra tracks. One of the extra tracks, "If You Have to go Away" was also the flipside of 7" vinyl song "1974 (we were young). Amy also sang this song during the concert that I saw in July of 1989. The album starts of with the reminiscing "1974 (we were young), the next track is the title song. The songs "Faithless Heart" and "What about the Love" are timeless (it's hard to believe that over 20 years have passed since the album"s release). A country duo of Kennedy/Rose aka Mary Ann Kennedy and Pam Rose, sing background on the afore mentioned 2 songs: What a wonderful job they did!!I luv the music to "Shadows". If you happen to see the video vers. for the song "Lead Me On", you will note it is the 7" vers. Amy can be found singing the lp version on Michael W. Smith's 20 year celebration dvd, and on Amy's 2006 concert dvd(opening song). Amy seems to have gone from all-gospel ccm; to singing songs about life in general with this album; but knowing that she is a believer makes all the difference. GOD Bless! - Don
