This four track EP is from a worship leader at Revelation Church, Camden, London and the fact that the track "Just You There" has been selected for Cross Rhythms airplay is a clear indicator that Andy is no copyist re-treading the over-familiar Soul Survivor licks, but a fresh and dynamic new talent who has been influenced by bands such as Elbow, Keane and The Killers but retains his own passionately worshipful voice. Describing himself as a singer, songwriter and guitar teacher, it is Andy's desire to be culturally relevant. He goes a long way to achieve this by having a resonant voice, accomplished electric guitar-led band and simple but honestly passionate lyrics. A follow up to 'Suburbs Of Your Mind' EP released in 2009, these latest anthems are to be heard, danced and sung along to. In "Journey" there are echoes of the new wave era before it turns into a contemporary rock statement of intentional faith. "I Am Free" follows in a similar vein, with "God You're The Place" sounding a high note as a modern psalm of praise. Let's party!
