This is quite a refreshing album to listen to if you've been conditioned to thinking that Christian music is all about wheeling out the big guns of evangelism when sometimes just a whisper will do. 'Shores Of Orion''s considered mix of chilled out grooves and various eastern ambiences go hand in glove together and the album is really well produced. There are fantastic uses of samples here which give the tracks depth and character as the keyboards roll on underneath, and the rhythms are superb. The perfect antidote to the thug-rock anthems of late because who needs guitar solos anyway?
