This interview is taken from the 'Heart To Heart' series, in which Sheila chats to assorted Christian megastars. British viewers will initially have to overcome the desire to gag at the glossy American Christian TV presentation. Assuming you can do this, you must then try to stomach a line of questioning that borders on the embarrassing: "Your songs are tremendous", "Your videos are amazing", "Your family is incredible" etc. BeBe and CeCe come over as warm, humble and very well saved, but their conversation is relaxed rather than revealing and you come out none the wiser about most things. They also appear to believe in a theology which says that a sentence isn't valid unless it mentions the Lord. Even to a good evangelical like me, that can get a tad infuriating.
