An acoustic rock band from Nashville who are set to play in the UK, this album is packed full of radio friendly tracks and none more evident than the open track aptly named "Radio". The vocal work is crisp and clear throughout. There are times on this CD when the style of this band echoes the more hard-edged sounds of a Plankeye, most noticeably in the pumping track "Yes I Can", while elsewhere jangling guitars and acoustic rhythms bring out the maturity of the songs. "You Come" even introduces an accordion to accompany the intricate guitar work. This CD gets better as time goes along with the stripped down "Everytime" a nice touch just as the album begins to draw to a close. These guys produce good music with telling lyrics so make sure and check them out.
