The 'Ben' is pianist/singer Nathan Bennett and the 'eva' is guitarist/vocalist Malc Evans who together have gigged for England in the past months. This single actually emerged ahead of their debut album, 'I'll Just Say What I Mean', which was due for release in April of this year, and on this hearing I really hope it did get released because this is wistful, thoughtful piano-based pop, augmented nicely by Dan Simons' viola and some cool arrangements. The lead vox seem a bit high in places for me, but I guess you'd put that down to style. I'm deliberately not going to compare Beneva to anyone; I'm just going to say head to www.beneva.co.uk and you'll get a pleasant surprise.
