I first saw this trio two years ago in the Cross Rhythms festival. Now they have managed to produce their own CD without record company backing. This being the case the packaging is excellent, 10 songs and over 50 minutes long. Similar in style to World Wide Message Tribe and Raze and some of the music would sit happily along with these other two. Rapper Mark Hilditch is tight most of the time, especially on the anthemic raise. And how about "Auld Lang Syne" raved up? Big Boss have carried it off well. I do feel however that a few minor adjustments are needed which would result in this CD becoming even better. The vocal department needs strengthening as they are similar in tone producing a flat sound and at times I feel some lyrics stray into naff territory - check out the chorus on "The Big Boss", "We will glorify - yeh, yeh, yeh." Ouch! Despite all this I feel if they put this criticism to positive use then the potential is there to be up there with the Tribe, Raze, etc to enhance the British sanctified dance scene.
