‘Lighten Up’ is an album of chiefly worship songs by Marcus Masih, best known for his work with Asian pop gospel team Mowglee. With a name like "Big Mammoo", I was expecting something a bit more quirky than what I heard! Still, this is solid musicianship and how could I argue with the lyrics? The production is fine, but it seems a little sterile at times. All in all though, this is a good album which reminds me of Paul Oakley's ‘Because Of You’ album in style. There are hints at gospel, African-style drums and yodelling. Perhaps it is a little bit quirky after all!

I love this cd, I bought it at church and love 'what a privilege' as a worship song that we sing at church.

Very annointed cd, worth buying.
