This CD was recorded live in Jerusalem and features a terrific line up of Gaither favourite singers, eg, Guy Penrod, Russ Taff, Jessy Dixon, The Isaacs, Buddy Green. All of the featured artists are in top form. The album kicks off with "Jerusalem" by The Hoppers and throughout other songs of a Hebrew Jewish nature are featured, for example "El Shaddai" by Janet Paschal. On the other hand there are some great country classics such as a spirited version of the old bluegrass song "Walkin' In Jerusalem" performed by Buddy Greene and The Isaacs. I found the entire song selection extremely well thought out and the atmosphere of the recording constantly brings the listener back to the Jewish roots of the Christian faith and the excitement of being in Jerusalem. If I had to pick a favourite it would be the very humourous "Shalom Ya'll" from Mark Lowry and The Isaacs - country comes to Jerusalem! For £9.99 you get 18 superb tracks making it one of the best bargains around.
